Its sharp, clean-lined, ultra-stable frame can work for the gym but is specially styled for high-end homes. It is ergonomically designed for perfect total-body function for everyone from beginners to world-class athletes. It includes a wireless chest strap for heart rate monitoring, pre-set programs including heart rate training and fitness testing, and a whopping 95 levels of electronically controlled resistance, from 5 to 500 Watts.

But the coolest feature of all is the handlebar, which includes push-button controls that allow you to adjust your workout settings, from resistance to pre-set programming, without touching your console. Performance Monitor - The X-Row boasts a top-of-the-line performance monitor with a slew of readouts and functions. The monitor is comparable to those found on high-end treadmills and ellipticals, with pre-set programming that automatically adjusts resistance. You can also select heart rate-controlled training; your heart rate is provided by the Polar wireless chest strap that comes free with your X-Row.
