• Single Button Multi-function Monitor - Turns on automatically when the seat moves or by a press of the button. The multi-function monitor tracks speed, distance, time, stroke count, and calories burned. This basic monitor has the ability to display one function at a time to drive your workout, but italso has a scan feature to rotate through all of the functions.
• Dual Handles - Each handle has its own hydraulic cylinder piston. This design allows each arm to work independently and provides custom resistance adjustment for each arm to compensate for any strength imbalances. Grips on the handles help prevent blisters on long rows.
