• Single Button Multi-function Monitor - Turns on automatically when the seat moves or by a press of the button. The multi-function monitor tracks speed, distance, time, stroke count, and calories burned. This basic monitor has the ability to display one function at a time to drive your workout.
• Free Motion Arms - Each handle has its own hydraulic cylinder piston and free range of motion. This design allows each arm to work independently and provides custom resistance adjustment for each arm to compensate for any strength imbalances. Grips on the handles help prevent blisters on long rows.
• Thick Padded Seat - A thick padded seat keeps you comfortable on moderate to long rows, but if you're looking to become a marathon rower, you may want to look for something with a bit more. A deluxe ball-bearing roller system makes for smooth seat movement along the precision extruded aluminum beam.<
