Use the WaterRower Heart Rate Receiver in conjunction with your WaterRower to effectively monitor your heart rate as you row. The strap gets the signal from your heart and sends it to the receiver, which receives it and feeds it into the Series 4 Monitor. Heart-rate based workouts are an effective way to improve fitness at your own natural pace. Please specify in the Vendor Notes area when checking out if you have the Series III or Series IV Performance Monitor.
